    RETURNS POLICY FOR PRINTS:

    Damaged & significant delays

    In the unlikely event the product arrives  damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at info@artbyolek.com or use the chat icon or contact form on our contact page.

    We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either case we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

    Other refunds

    Refunds, other than for damaged products, are at our discretion and if we agree, we will necessitate a return to an address we supply (which will be supplied by us and will either be in France or a United Kingdom address).  

    RETURNS POLICY FOR ORIGINAL ART ON CANVAS OR PAPER:

    Damaged & significant delays

    In the unlikely event the original art arrives damaged, we request you to contact us at info@artbyolek.com or use the chat icon or contact form on our contact page. We will provide a refund or supply a prior agreed replacement on receipt of the returned damaged original to our address (which we will confirm with you at the time) which needs to be returned to us before the agreed replacement or refund will be arranged.
